30 Days of Nostalgia - Begins

Beautiful hills with the snow capped mountain on the backside, steep hills and the houses with the cowshed nearby, with the chilling wind and the flowing sounds of the blue and clear water and so on . This sounds like a dream but i never knew that my dream was going to come true.
Though it was going to be the one month field visit from my college as a practical, it was more than that for me. And the first day begins with exploration.

After an hour of the crowdy city area of Kathmandu, we entered to the place with trees and only trees. The blooming red Rhododendron was pleasingly perfect to watch the beautiful scene outside the window. And slowly the road starts getting rough. When your head bumps to the roof of the jeep and you get bumped back to the seat, it would fill the surrounding with laughter and pain. 

Having friends with same craziness adds more fun to the journey.  With the view of clouds below us, and the mountains above, our fun but filled with pain full journey ended at 7 pm. 

The journey started from Kathmandu to two differents wards (Rautbesi and Gaukharka) of Dupcheshwor Gaupalika, Nuwakot. I could feel that i could let the setting sun of my hand and touch the mountains with golden snow when the rays of the setting sun touched them after we had a noodles break at Gaukharka.

And the slippery way back to Rautbesi was much fun because all the way back was about the rememberance of the journey of our whole day( the pain on whole body due to bumps on the road, jokes and those wrong lyrics of our friend, the buffalo running away and then had to search for it,  the wrong direction to our destination and those cheerful talks with the local people on the way for exploration). The uniqueness of the local people there and their innocent talks, caring nature, their lifestyle and the beautiful village was more mesmerizing.

And the first day ended with sharing a single bed with the friends and having a quilt pulling competition just like tug of wars which makes me laugh even when i am writing this.

Weakness ???

What came into your mind when i said weakness ?? 🤔🤔 A physically weak person or a person who is weak emotionally or mentally. Memorable 1st day ❤

 After having a sound sleep, i woke up with the knock at the door. " Ma'am tea ! " a sweet voice of a child could be heard from outside. I opened the door and the cold wind entered into the room. That child was the relative of our landlord.  Other girls and boys too woke up and then we had tea together. Due to the tiring journey we had not been able to clean up the mess and manage our room yet . So we started cleaning the rooms of both boys and girls and also started to clean the field infront of our house(to rest under sun and work as well). It was my first ever experience of going with friends and living with them for so long that too in such a beautiful place. After cleaning, we started to play badminton turnwise. It was so much fun . Journey begins....

 I have never seen the bullet train ( ok except in television) but i could feel my heart pounding as fast as that. That lazy girl who would wake up  at 6 am yawning, today woke up at 5 am . The whole night was sleepless because I was too much excited for it. My mom was shocked to see me as an early bird that day and me, I was in my own world of imagination. Then i got dressed up and packed my remaining belongings and went to the college with the view of freezy dawn outside.  After everyone gathered, we packed the belongings to the bus and then started our journey. Though i was feeling a bit weird for going without the family but i was too much excited as well.
